The Best Cranberry and Turkey Sandwich

It's officially the holiday season which means your refrigerator will be busting at the seams with the amount of leftovers in it. Which honestly is my favorite thing. I love leftovers! I especially love leftover turkey. I honestly think its better cold a day later and it makes for the best sandwiches.
My favorite Thanksgiving leftover meal is so easy and so delicious, the Cranberry and turkey sandwich.
What you need:
1 cup of pulled turkey
2 tbs of turkey gravy. I use Pioneer brand turkey gravy for the made from scratch flavor without the work
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
2 tbs of goat cheese
romaine lettuce
4 croissants
Instructions:
Toast croissants
Meanwhile toss turkey with Pioneer Turkey Gravy.
This is the secret to a moist turkey sandwich!

Now to Assemble:
Smear goat cheese on the top croissant
Followed by a generous smear of the cranberry sauce
Followed by a leaf of crispy romaine lettuce
Add turkey and gravy mixture
And bottom croissant.
Yields 4 sandwiches
If you want to make this even more decadent then butter the croissant rolls and sear in a skillet for 60 seconds
Hope you all enjoy and you have the best holidays!
