Fig, Blue Cheese and Bacon Flatbread

One of my favorite and quickest recipes that my entire family (yes this includes my 2 year old son) love is my fig, Salemville blue cheese, arugula and bacon flatbreads. They are SO easy to make and SO tasty! You will have to make extra if you have boys in the house because they will eat all of it and ask for more.

Ingredients

Packaged Naan

Salemville Blue Cheese. It melts wonderfully!

Walnuts

Fig jam

Bacon

Arugula

Directions (The Easy Part)

Fry Bacon or if you are in a pinch for time you can always use real bacon bits, though real fried bacon is more flavorful.

Take the Naan (Two come to a package) and spread with fig jam.

Sprinkle Naan evenly with the fried, chopped bacon

Sprinkle a generous portion of Salemville Blue Cheese and walnuts

Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until blue cheese has melted

Finish with arugula.

It's also VERY delicious grilled!

Now through December 31st, you can enter to win a grill smoker valued at $1,000 to grill up your very own flatbreads.
